Quinoa salad with Petiscada

Ingredients:

  • 3 Petiscadas / ½ Familiar  
  • 2 cups quinoa (cooked)   
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes 
  • Chives   
  • Coriander / Parsley   
  • Olives   
  • Olive oil   
  • Lemon   
  • Salt   

Cut the ingredients into small pieces and mix in a bowl. Season with olive oil, lemon and salt. Add the Petiscada on top of the salad. Go in the fridge for 10 minutes and it is ready to serve.
