Poke Saboreal

The recipe for traditional "bowl" poke has its origins in Hawaii, however its popularity has led to numerous adaptations around the world. This is the version of Saboreal preserves.

Suggested Ingredients :

  • 1 Petiscada Saboreal (We suggest tuna, but any of our snacks is an excellent choice);
  • Rice (cooked only in water and spices to taste);
  • Beet;
  • Radishes;
  • Cucumber;
  • Broccoli;
  • Sesame seeds;
  • Sauce (we suggest soy sauce, for vegetables, however it is not an essential ingredient, since the snack already gives seasoning to the dish).


Recipe

Arrange in a bowl of three tablespoons of rice, thus creating a bed for the vegetables. In the center, place a few spoons of Petiscada Saboreal. Continue to fill the spaces with the vegetables of your choice. Season the vegetables with a little soy or another sauce to taste, and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds at the end.

Now it's just a taste.



TIP: Poke is an excellent way to reuse rice and vegetables from previous meals. A Snack Saboreal gives that unique and fresh flavor that will give a new look to the ingredients that I had previously prepared.

Use your imagination and change ingredients to make different versions of your poke. Some of the ingredients that you can also use are: Avocado, cherry tomato, standard pepper, green corn, asparagus, various seeds.
